KOZACKA sausage with green peppers grilled with vegetables

This unique combination of ingredients creates a harmonious whole, ideal for barbecue gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • sausage KOZACKA with green peppers
  • green peppers
  • yellow pepper
  • red pepper
  • asparagus
  • potatoes
  • onion
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • sunflower oil

Preparation

Cut all the ingredients into large pieces.

Season with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Mix with 2 tablespoons of oil.

Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and grill for 20-25 minutes.

After this time, tilt the foil slightly and bake for a further 10 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
