Ingredients

  • KOZACKA sausage for the barbecue
  • red onion
  • yellow onion
  • asparagus
  • cherry tomatoes
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • parsley
  • chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

Cut the vegetables into thick slices or larger pieces, the garlic into slices.

Chop the herbs.

Mix everything together, season with salt, pepper and chilli and add olive oil.

Grill with the KOZACKA sausage.

Can be served with coleslaw salad.
